If you want to be a VMKC staff, we need more members. So you could start out inviting members! If we get more members, we will need more staff members to help moderate the site. So if you can get alot of people to join, we will be hiring new staff and it could be you! So start inviting if you ever want to become a VMKC staff member.

uh.. LOL.  Yeah we are doing the same thing with VMKFF. Except, we have a currency called "Reputation" which is very hard to earn (like .01 per post or .1 per pm or something difficult to achieve) and so we are basing alot of Staff on that.. ;D of course that means not spamming and following the rules. Here's how it works on our site coming from this site: [glow=red,2,300]Administration = Moderators Moderators = Members Members = Members[/glow] Although, Administration here have better chances at being an admin on vmkff.
